The Cardinals lost games one and two, 6-3 and 7-5, but were able to grab the final game of the series with a 14-5 win.</p>



<p>Steven Matz is set to make his fourth start of the season and will look to improve on his 6.48 ERA and 1.80 WHIP.</p>



<p>Nolan Gorman is having himself a nice April as he leads the Cardinals with a .316 batting average, five home runs, and 18 RBIs.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The Seattle Mariners Just Got Swept</h2>



<p>Seattle is coming off an even worse series that saw them get swept at home against the Brewers. Milwaukee marched right into Seattle and left with three wins by a combined 18-11 scoreline. It is still early enough in the season where sweeps don’t matter much, but it never feels good to get swept in their home park.</p>



<p>George Kirby is grabbing the ball for his fourth start this season and he will hope to improve on his 3.78 ERA and 1.26 WHIP.</p>



<p>The Mariners have been balanced at the dish as Ty France leads the way with a .316 batting average, Julio Rodriguez has mashed four home runs, and Eugenio Suarez has knocked home a team high 13 RBIs.</p>
