<p>This has been a great series so far and the Padres have taken a 2-1 lead heading into the series finale. San Diego grabbed their first win of the series with a tough 5-4 win on Friday and then took the series lead with an impressive 4-1-win Saturday. The Padres have sputtered a bit out of the gates, but they have an abundance of talent currently on the roster, and more on the way.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Xander Bogaerts is enjoying the start of his Padres career as he leads the team, early on, with a .333 batting average, three home runs, and eight RBIs.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-atlanta-braves-looking-for-series-split">Atlanta Braves Looking for Series Split</h2>



<p>Atlanta started off the season red hot, building a 6-1 record, but they now will look to bounce back from their first tough patch of the early season. The Braves started this series with a fun 7-6 win on Thursday, but the Padres have taken control from there. Still, this is a series between two powerhouse teams, and it would not be a surprise if these two teams are battling it out for the pennant.</p>



<p>Matt Olson is having a great start to the season, and he leads the Braves with a .361 batting average, three home runs, and 10 RBIs.</p>
