The Dolphins added a field goal in the 2nd quarter to lead 10-6 at halftime and added another field goal in the 3rd quarter.<p></p>Miami's win came with a 4.5 point favorite and the game finished with a combined total of 19 points, falling short of the 36.5-point total line. The Commanders missed a couple of field goals in the 2nd quarter to keep the score in Miami's favor.</p><p>In their 13-6 win over the Washington Commanders, the Dolphins' offense struggled, managing just 12 first downs and 202 yards on 40 passing attempts.
